They did get back to me, so that's good, but it wasn’t as Fast as I was hoping. not a huge deal, just a little slower than expected

I picked up the TheraICE wrap mostly to help me chill out before bed, and it does feel nice. The cold feeling is soothing, especially after one of those long annoying days where my head just won’t quiet down.

That said, it’s def not some magic thing that knocks me out every night. I still have nights where I’m tossing around, and sometimes the fit feels a little too tight for me. Overall it helps me relax, just not perfect ya know

I’m actually happy with this so far. The compression feels just right — snug, but not in that uncomfortable “cutting off circulation” kind of way. I can wear it for a good while and kind of forget about it, which is always a good sign. So yeah... comfortable, supportive, and not overly tight

The coverage is really good. It comes down over my forehead and eyes without feeling too tight, and it actually stays put well, so I’m not messing with it every few minutes like I have with regular ice packs.

I just keep it in the freezer and grab it when I feel that pressure starting. It’s a simple little thing, but it helps a lot. Easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered this on Monday and it was already at my door by Thursday, which surprised me. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time too. I usually stick with another brand out of habit, so I was a little unsure about ordering this one, but the quick shipping definitely made a good impression.

The return itself was easy. I did get my refund in the end, it just took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but the wait was a little annoying.

I’ve been using this after my runs, mostly for my knee, and it’s worked better than I expected. From the way it sounded, I assumed it might get way too icy or uncomfortable, but it actually gets cold quickly without feeling painfully freezing. My knee seems to calm down a lot after using it, and the fit is decent too. No issues with it so far...

The product works fine and basically does what I expected it to do, and shipping was no problem. But for the price, I thought it would feel a bit more premium or better made. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not totally convinced it’s the best deal compared to similar options out there.
